Installing the Mobile App

iOS​

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Search for Plantrunner
  3. Tap Get to download and install
  4. Open the app and sign in with your Plantrunner credentials

Requirements: iOS 14 or later, iPhone or iPad

Signing in​

Use the same email and password you use to sign in to Plantrunner on the web. Your account is shared across web and mobile.

If you received an invitation email from your company admin, make sure you've completed the account setup process before trying to sign in on mobile.

Push notifications​

After signing in, the app will ask for permission to send push notifications. Allow notifications to receive:

  • Service reminders for upcoming routes
  • Timesheet reminders
  • Admin alerts

You can customize notification preferences later. See Push Notifications.
