Plant Inventory
The Plants section lets you maintain a complete inventory of every plant at every customer location. Track health status over time, log replacements, and keep a photo record.
Plan Required
Plant inventory requires the Team plan or higher, and must be enabled in Company Settings.
Plants page
The main Plants page displays a table of all plants with:
- Plant name and species
- Customer location
- Health status (with color-coded badge)
- Quantity
- Installation date
Use the search bar to find plants -- search works across name, species, location, and other fields. Filter by health status or location to narrow results.
Health statuses
Each plant has a current health status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Healthy | Plant is in normal condition |
| Needs attention | Minor issues that should be addressed |
| Critical | Requires immediate action |
| Replaced | Plant was swapped out for a new one |
| Removed | Plant is no longer at the location (deactivates it) |
Plant details
Click on any plant to view its full profile:
- Name, species, and plant type
- Location and placement within the location
- Container type and quantity
- Installation date and replacement history
- Current health status
- Health timeline (history of all health logs)
- Photo
Permissions
