Company Setup
After creating your account and service company, configure your company settings to match how your business operates.
Accessing company settings
Navigate to Company Settings from the dashboard sidebar. Only users with the admin role can access this page.
General settings
Company information
- Company name -- Your business name
- Business contact email -- Primary contact email
- Phone number -- Business phone
Business address
Enter your company's main address. This is used as the default start location when creating routes. The address field uses search-based autocomplete for accurate geocoding.
Scheduling settings
Cycle weeks
Choose how many weeks are in your service rotation (2 to 4). Common configurations:
- 2 weeks -- Bi-weekly rotation (the default)
- 3 weeks -- Three-week rotation
- 4 weeks -- Schedule across all weeks of the month
This setting affects how week patterns work across routes and customer locations. For example, with a 2-week cycle, you can assign locations to Week 1 or Week 2 so they alternate. With a 4-week cycle, you can schedule across any of the 4 weeks in the rotation as you see fit.
Cycle start date
Select the Monday your scheduling cycle begins. This determines which week number (Week 1, Week 2, etc.) you are currently in. The system displays your current week number for reference.
Choose a Monday for your start date. If you select a different day, it will automatically be aligned to the Monday of that week.
Timesheet settings
These settings control how employees log their time:
- Require timesheet location -- When enabled, employees must specify a location for each timesheet entry
- Require timesheet description -- When enabled, employees must include a description of work performed
Timesheets require the Team plan or higher.
Notification settings
- Notify on time entry -- Sends an optional alert to admins when an employee submits a timesheet entry
Feature toggles
Plant inventory
Enable plant tracking across your customer locations. This adds the Plants section to the dashboard and allows employees to log plant health during service visits.
