Customer Types
Customer types let you categorize your customers for filtering and organization. Plantrunner provides a set of predefined types commonly used by plant service companies.
Using customer types
When adding or editing a customer, select a type from the Customer type dropdown. You can then:
- Filter the customers table by type to see only customers in a specific category
- Organize your customer list by grouping similar businesses together
Available types
Plantrunner includes these predefined customer types:

| Retail | Stores, shopping centers, malls |
| Hospitality | Hotels, restaurants, event venues |
| Healthcare | Hospitals, clinics, medical offices |
