Common Issues

"Session expired" when navigating

Problem: You're redirected to the sign-in page with a "session expired" message.

Solution: Your authentication session has timed out. Sign in again with your credentials. This is normal behavior for security purposes.

Can't access a feature

Problem: A menu item or page isn't visible or shows a plan upgrade message.

Possible causes:

  • The feature requires a higher plan. Check Plans Overview
  • The feature needs to be enabled in Company Settings (e.g., plant inventory)
  • Your role doesn't have permission. Check with your admin

Route not appearing for employee

Problem: An employee can't see a route that's been created.

Checklist:

  • Is the employee assigned to the route?
  • Is the route set to Active?
  • Does the route's schedule match today's day and week pattern?

Timesheet date validation error

Problem: You can't submit a timesheet entry for a specific date.

Possible causes:

  • The date doesn't fall within an open pay period
  • A pay period for that date hasn't been generated yet
  • The pay period has been closed

Contact your admin to check pay period status.

Address search not working

Problem: The address search field doesn't return results.

Solutions:

  • Check your internet connection (address search requires connectivity)
  • Try typing more of the address for more specific results
  • Include city and state for better matching

Employees not receiving invitations

Problem: A new employee doesn't receive their invitation email.

Solutions:

  • Verify the email address is correct
  • Ask the employee to check their spam/junk folder
  • Resend the invitation from the employee's profile page
  • Ensure the email address isn't already associated with another account

Service visit can't check out

Problem: The check-out button isn't available.

Possible causes:

  • The visit may have already been completed or cancelled
  • You may not have permission (you can only check out of your own visits)
