Data Export
Plantrunner provides data export capabilities for payroll processing and record-keeping.
Plan Required
Pay period exports require the Team plan or higher.

Export timesheet data for payroll processing. See Exporting Pay Period Data for details.
Export formats

File format
All exports are CSV (comma-separated values), compatible with:
- Excel
- Google Sheets
- QuickBooks
- Most payroll processing systems
Best practices
- Export pay period data after all timesheets have been reviewed and approved
- Keep exported files as part of your payroll records
- Close the pay period before exporting to prevent further changes to the data
- Use the QuickBooks format if importing directly into QuickBooks
